Deletions & Additions Once an order has been placed we cannot delete or add items to it.
Back Orders We will advise you by e-mail or fax if an order is out of stock and you may decide by reply whether you would like to cancel the order or have us hold it till stock arrives.
Declined Credit Cards If a credit card is declined we will advise by e-mail phone or fax. If a card is declined constantly we reserve the right to charge administration fees to cover time spent rectifying the problem.
Delivery Your orders are sent by Australia Post.
Please use an address where you or someone will be available to sign for the package. Orders are shipped in plain unmarked packaging.
Delivery Times From the day we receive your order to when you receive the product please allow 7-14 working days depending on where in Australia you live.
Lost Orders Upon notification from the customer that the goods haven't arrived in a reasonable time we will advise Australia Post or chosen shipper who will conduct an investigation to locate the missing package.If the package cannot be located it will be deemed lost in transit.
Shipping HealthDepot.com.au uses Auspost to ship all items.
Australian parcels are sent without insurance.
Shipping outside Australia All international orders include compulsory insurance for replacement of goods lost or damaged in transit. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for replacement orders.
Shipping Restrictions HealthDepot does not have any restrictions on the countries it deals with, however certain countries may have restrictions on the type of goods allowed. Healthdepot will therefore advice customers if an order cannot be shipped due to these restrictions. Reshipping of Lost Orders HealthDepot will provide replacement goods for those lost in transit. Customer will pay shipping and insurance charges for sending of the replacement order.
Range Locations For some remote regions where Australia Post applies increased charges we may have to apply extra postage charge to cover this.
Order tracking - Please allow 7-14 working days before contacting us about your order. If your order has not arrived within that time we can then track it through the Australia Post system.
Payment Credit card, Money order, Cheque If shipping charge is not included in a cheque or money order we will hold the order until the amount is received or return the cheque or money order to the customer. (Credit Card only on orders outside Australia).
